LeadLoop is provided as a subscription service. By creating an account you agree to use it lawfully, to respect the privacy of the people who contact you, and not to send unsolicited messages.
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case by case within 14 days of a charge.
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. If the service is unavailable for a significant part of a month we will credit that month on request.
LeadLoop is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before a claim.
